You do, 100 %. The domain is registered with your details as the holder, not ours. The site is yours from delivery, source code included: you can hand it to any developer or host it elsewhere whenever you want. We keep no rights over it and nothing ties you to us.

Nothing triggers automatically. We write to you at least 30 days before renewal with the exact amount, covering hosting, the domain name and the security certificate. Then you decide: renew with us, or leave with your site to the host of your choice, with no transfer fee or penalty. No contract renews on its own.

As many as it takes. We work until you're fully satisfied, with no additional charge, and that's written into our guarantee. In practice there are two formal validation points, the mockup then the finished site, and you can request adjustments at both. The one distinction: revising what exists is unlimited, while adding content or features falls under the fixed-price extras. A colour or text change is a revision. A fourth page is an addition.

No, you don't have to show up with a written document. We open a shared Google Drive at the start of the project: you drop your logo, your photos and anything you already have into it, as you go, with nothing to install. For the copy, we write a first draft from what's in there and from the discovery call, then you correct it: far faster than facing a blank page. If you have no photos, we draw from a royalty-free image library, included in the price. And if you already have a site, we reuse everything worth keeping.

No problem, and it's a fixed price: $250 per additional page, designed in the same style as the rest of the site. You can add pages during the project or months later. Same for the other common additions: online store at $900, advanced feature at $450, bilingual version at $300. Only genuinely custom requests, ones that fit none of these, go through an hourly estimate between $85 and $125.

In two instalments: 50 % at kickoff, once the discovery call is done and your slot is booked, then 50 % at launch. Nothing is charged in between. We accept Interac transfer, cheque and credit card. If paying in two goes doesn't suit your situation, we can spread the balance over a few months, interest-free: just ask on the call.

About two hours in total, spread across the week. A 15 to 30-minute discovery call, roughly thirty minutes to drop your text and images into the shared Google Drive, then two short meetings to approve the mockup and the finished site. The rest is on us. That's exactly what makes 7 days possible: we only need you at three specific moments.

Yes. The site ships with a simple content management system that lets you change your text, images and contact details without touching code. We train you on it at launch, in about fifteen minutes. For structural changes, like adding a page or a feature, we stay available at the fixed prices listed above.

The 7-day clock starts when we have your content in hand, not when you sign, and it pauses every time we're waiting on a reply from you. A day spent waiting for feedback isn't a production day, so it doesn't count.To be clear: the 7 days are an order of magnitude, not a guarantee. It's the timeline we hold when exchanges flow. If your content arrives in several batches or if adjustments take several rounds, it can become 14 days, sometimes 21. Nobody loses their slot and there's no penalty. We'd rather be straight about this than promise a deadline that doesn't depend on us alone.

We don't disappear on launch day. After-sales support is included: if something breaks, if a form stops working or if you have a question about your content system, you write to Mathieu and we fix it. Hosting, security updates and backups are covered for the first year.A published site isn't a known site. Once the package is done, most of our clients move to our digital visibility package to work on their ranking in Google and in AI engines. That's where traffic gets built, and it takes ongoing effort rather than a one-off push.

We build those, just not in this package. Past roughly ten pages, the architecture, navigation and search optimization need real planning, and a fixed 7-day price stops making sense.
