Simplify your processes, test your idea, replace the spreadsheet slowing you down. No endless meetings, no budget overruns: a working application, at a fixed price, built one brick at a time.

MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product. It's the simplest version of your application that includes only the essential features needed to solve a real problem and be tested by real users. The goal isn't to build everything from day one, but to quickly validate your idea, with minimum investment, before going further.
The strict essentials. Nothing superfluous, only what's needed to test your idea.
Functional and reliable. Not a mockup: a real tool your users can actually use.
A real product, ready to be tested, improved and grown into a full application.
Whether you're starting from a blank page or from a need you've already identified, this offer speaks to several profiles.
Validate an idea quickly before investing more time or money.
Go from idea to a concrete tool, without having to hire a whole technical team.
Centralize or automate an internal process, like a client portal or a CRM.
Launch the first version of their product and test it with real users.
Offer a custom tool to their clients, without in-house technical skills.
Quickly prototype an internal idea, without going through a long IT development cycle.
We take care of everything technical
Data security, domain name, hosting, database, authentication, UX/UI: we handle every technical detail so you can focus on what really matters, growing your business.
We find that the prices charged by many agencies to build an application are high and often not transparent, with timelines that stretch over several months. We wanted to do things differently: a functional tool at a fixed price, delivered in 14 days, whether you're testing a new idea or addressing a need you've already identified, without draining your savings.
The market is evolving fast, but many agencies are still stuck with old technologies and ways of working, which drives up timelines and costs for building an application. At Oriana Solutions, we stay ahead of new technologies: we use the most modern and up-to-date tools, including AI like Claude Code, which lets us do a lot more, in a lot less time, and pass those savings on to you.
For software development, SaaS development or a custom management application, we always choose the technology best suited to your project.
Here's concretely what that changes compared to a traditional agency.
Once your spot is booked, here's exactly how we proceed, step by step.
We discuss your project, the core feature to build and your target users, during a 15-minute call.
We present a mockup of your MVP. You approve the design and user flow before development.
We build your MVP with custom code: core feature, dashboard and authentication.
Once the MVP is approved, we launch it, ready to be tested by your first users.
The 14-day timeline is indicative, not a contractual guarantee. It counts our working days only: days spent waiting on your content, your access credentials or your feedback aren't counted. Depending on your availability and the scale of adjustments, a project can take 21 or 28 days. It can also come from our side. If a feature turns out to be more complex than expected once we start building it, we take the time to do it properly rather than shipping fast and badly. We tell you as soon as we see it, and the price doesn't change. We'd rather say this up front than sell you a number we don't control on our own.
A well-thought-out MVP, not just a prototype. Here's what gets built for you.
The key feature of your product, custom-built to precisely fit your needs, not a generic solution.
A clear interface for your users to track their data and interact with your product.
A space to manage your users, content and data, without touching any code.
Secure login and user account management, ready from launch.
Whether it's to test a new idea or address a need you already have, here are a few examples of applications we can build in 14 days, for $5,000.
A private space where your clients track their files, documents or orders in real time.
A custom tool to centralize your contacts, track opportunities and never miss a follow-up.
A platform to manage availability, appointments and confirmations automatically.
A clear, real-time view of your key data, to make better decisions.
A system to track your stock, orders and suppliers without spreadsheets.
A two-sided platform connecting providers and seekers, with profiles and messaging.
Building a custom management application concretely changes how your business runs day to day.
Reduce repetitive, manual tasks to free up time for what really matters.
Less time wasted on manual processes or scattered spreadsheets.
Standardized processes that reduce costly human errors.
Clearer, more efficient workflows for your whole team.
All your information in one place, accessible at all times, by the right people.
Turn your internal tool into a SaaS product and create a new revenue stream.
Client portals, CRMs, marketplaces: these applications often handle sensitive data. We make sure everything is properly protected, from day one.
You now know how we work. Here's, in detail, everything you get for $5,000.
We work on your MVP until you're fully satisfied: unlimited revisions, no extra fees.
They took the time to understand my project from the start, even when it was still vague. Their advice saved me a huge amount of time and helped me move in the right direction.

Still have questions? Here are answers to the most common ones.
You do, entirely. At delivery the code is handed over with every access: repository, database, hosting, API keys. You can continue with us, hand it to another team or hire an in-house developer. We keep no rights and nothing holds you back.
An application that does one thing well, not a complete product. Concretely: one custom main feature, a dashboard, an admin panel, authentication and a secure database. That's enough to validate an idea with real users, or to replace the spreadsheet slowing you down. It isn't enough for a ten-module platform, and we'll tell you straight on the call if your need goes beyond the scope.
We tell you on the discovery call, before you pay anything. Two options then: we narrow the scope to the highest-value part that fits in 14 days, or we prepare a custom service offer with a firm price and a schedule. What we won't do is accept a project knowing we can't deliver it within the package.
They're on top. The $5,000 package covers the application with its main feature. A payment system at $1,200 brings the total to $6,200; an API integration at $750 brings it to $5,750. Each amount is confirmed before we start and doesn't move. Nothing gets added mid-project without your written approval.
About three hours in total, spread across the two weeks. A 15 to 30-minute discovery call, a one-hour scoping meeting to define the feature precisely, then two short meetings to approve the mockup and the finished application. In between, we open a shared Google Drive for your content and access credentials. The rest is on us.
The 14-day clock starts when we have your content and access in hand, not when you sign, and it pauses every time we're waiting on a reply from you. To be clear: the 14 days are an order of magnitude, not a contractual guarantee. It's the timeline we hold when exchanges flow. If feedback takes several rounds or your credentials are slow to arrive, it can become 21 days, sometimes 28. Nobody loses their slot and there's no penalty. We'd rather be straight than sell a deadline that doesn't depend on us alone.
As many as it takes. We work until you're fully satisfied, with no additional charge, and that's written into our guarantee. There are two formal validation points, the mockup then the finished application, and you can request adjustments at both. The distinction: revising what exists is unlimited, adding a feature falls under the fixed-price extras. Changing a label or a flow is a revision. Adding internal messaging is an addition.
Hosting is included for the first year and we fix anything that breaks during that period at no charge. At least 30 days before renewal we write to you with the exact amount: renew with us, or leave with your application to the host of your choice, with no transfer fee. No contract renews on its own.
That's the point. The MVP is built with the same technologies and standards as a $40,000 project, not with a throwaway tool. You then add features one at a time, at $900 each, or we plan a larger phase on quote. Several of our clients started with a $5,000 MVP and now run a complete platform built on that same foundation.
Yes, at a fixed price: $1,500 for a 3-page site delivered in 7 days, meaning a home page and two pages of your choice among overview, pricing, contact, blog or FAQ. That brings the total to $6,500 for the application and the site. Many projects need both: the application serves your users, the site convinces the ones who aren't users yet.
It fits well if you want to test an idea with real users, replace a manual process costing you hours, or ship a first version to show investors or clients. It fits poorly if you're looking for a full-time developer, if you need six months of planning before a line of code, or if your project is a complete marketplace from day one. In those cases we say so on the call and propose something else rather than selling you the wrong package.
In two instalments: 50 % at kickoff, once the scoping meeting is done and your slot is booked, then 50 % at launch. Nothing is charged in between. We accept Interac transfer, cheque and credit card. If paying in two goes doesn't suit you, we can spread the balance over a few months interest-free: just ask on the call.
To keep things crystal clear, here's what's included in the $5,000 package, and what isn't.
We focus on the essentials to deliver in 14 days. Several common additions have a fixed price, listed just below. For a more complex or genuinely custom need, we prepare a dedicated service offer.
The package covers a working application with its main feature. Here's what can be added to it, at a price announced up front rather than by the hour.
One-time card payments, monthly subscriptions, automatic invoicing and refunds. We configure taxes, email receipts and the subscription management page.
A second function on top of the main one: internal messaging, notifications, PDF or Excel report exports, booking calendar, per-user roles and permissions.
A connection to a tool you already use: your CRM, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, Twilio for SMS, e-signature or a supplier's API.
Your application installs on the phone's home screen and sends notifications, without going through the app stores. This covers the need in most cases.
An app published on the App Store and Google Play, mirroring your web application's screens and reusing the backend already built. $7,500 total for the web application and its mobile version. A fully rethought mobile experience, with screens different from the web, falls outside this scope and goes through a quote.
A home page and two pages of your choice to promote your application: overview, pricing, contact. It's our website package, added to yours. $6,500 total for the app and the site.
See the $1,500 website packageEach amount is added to the $5,000 package and confirmed before we start. If your need fits none of these boxes, or is more complex, we'll prepare a custom service offer with a firm price and a precise schedule.
Our software development team, based in Montréal, supports you at every step of your project.
And yet, how many applications actually see the light of day?
Most stall before the first line of code: three weeks of meetings, a $40,000 quote, six months announced. We built this package to remove exactly those three obstacles.
The package is short because we've refined it, not because we're starting out.
Your MVP is live, it works, and nobody knows it exists. That's the point where many projects stall, for lack of first users.
A good share of our clients move on to our digital visibility package once the MVP ships: being found in Google, but also being cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity when someone looks for a solution like yours.
These amounts cover our fees. No long-term commitment: the monthly work stops whenever you decide.
