1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Description of your project or request
• Your business's website address (free audit and GEO Monitor access request forms)
• For the GEO certification: your exam answers (graded on submission), your score, the date and the number of attempts

GEO certification. To take the exam, we ask for your full name and email. We keep your name, email, score, issue date, version (GEO 2026) and expiry date (12 months). We do not keep your answers question by question.

Your progress in the training (chapters read) and your exam draft are saved only in your browser; we do not receive them.

We also collect browsing data (pages visited, time spent) via analytics tools such as Google Analytics. These tools only run after you give your consent, which is collected by Consorm, our Law 25 compliant consent management platform. Your choices are kept in a consent record hosted in Québec and you can change them at any time from the cookie banner.

3. How we use your information

Your personal information is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your contact or submission requests
• Send you information about our services if you've consented to receive it
• Improve our website and services
• Grade your exam and issue your GEO certification
• Answer your GEO Monitor access request and send you the next steps

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data retention

Certification data (name, email, score, dates) is kept for the certificate's validity period. GEO Monitor access requests are kept until you sign up, or until you ask for them to be deleted.

Your information is kept for as long as needed to respond to your request, or as long as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@….

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Our site is hosted on secure infrastructure.

Providers and storage location. Forms and certification data are recorded in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and the site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. These providers may store or process information outside Québec, including elsewhere in Canada or in the United States. When information is transferred outside Québec, we assess the risks in accordance with Law 25.

6. Your rights

In accordance with Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information) and the GDPR for residents of the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to its processing
• To withdraw your consent to be contacted
