These are fixed fees agreed before work begins, not hourly estimates. At an agency, equivalent mandates typically bill three to five times those amounts.
Two reasons, and neither is a temporary discount. First, AI-assisted development, which cuts our production costs by 60 to 70% and which we pass on rather than keep as margin. Second, scoping: we refuse to build features you haven't validated with your users yet. Most budget overruns in software development come from exactly that.

That's a good share of our South Shore clients. You don't need to know what a database is. You need to show us how an order comes in, what happens to it next, and where it gets stuck. The rest is our job.
