New mandate: redesign for Michel Morin, coach

Some clients arrive with a 10-page brief. Michel had one clear sentence: "My site doesn't look like me anymore."

Michel Morin is a professional coach and engineer with over 30 years of experience in leadership development, mediation, and organizational coaching. His expertise is real, recognized, and backed by serious certifications. But his website wasn't telling that story.

The mandate: a complete redesign. Modern design, restructured content, credibility front and center.

On our first call, three things came through clearly.

His site needed to reflect who he is today. His certifications and accreditations needed to be visible right away. And his partners needed a central place on the site, because collaboration is at the heart of how he works.

We completely reworked the site's architecture: a homepage that positions Michel as the expert he is, a clear services section covering individual coaching, mediation, psychometric assessments (EQ-i 2.0, NOVA), co-development groups, and coaching circles.

We also built a dedicated partners section. Each of Michel's collaborators is carefully presented: Julie Dubuc, Daniel Fillion CRHA, Michel Gagnon CRIA, and Maryse Lepage. It's not just a list of names. It's a demonstration that Michel works as part of a network, and that his clients have access to an ecosystem of expertise.

We're proud of what we delivered. The site is modern, clean, and professional. Just like Michel. Certifications are front and center, services are clear, and partners finally have the visibility they deserve.
